Model ONE "Underground sorted collection with versatility"

This system is designed and produced to promote and manage the underground sorted collection through a widespread territorial distribution. ONE has been created to host bins that can be emptied through a standard side load vehicle. Moreover, its structure allows the usage of different types of containers to ensure its extreme flexibility. Photovoltaic power systems have found their greatest development with Model ONE, enabling installation of numerous systems in an extended urban context, where the application of traditional solutions would have increased significantly the costs. Hence, waste collection eco-system ONE can comprise several underground bins for sorted collection.

The advantages of the underground sorted collection:

ONE has been designed as a separate, independent and self-sufficient system, and it can be combined with other similar equipments to achieve the realization of stations composed by 6 elements, with a single electro-hydraulic control-unit. The emptying of the underground bins for sorted collection is made with standard side-loader truck/vehicle. So it earns the maximum flexibility of the system with a minimum cost, plus the possibility to implement units to meet changing operating needs.

UNDERGROUND SYSTEM CONTROLLERS

The Underground system can be controlled and commanded through controllers: Via radio (RADIO CONTROL) or Via cable (VIA CABLE CONTROL).
RADIO CONTROL
The system is designed to make possible the operation of emptying of the underground systems with single operator trucks, maintaining the safety features.
The equipments consists of 2 smart electronic cards, one installed inside the electrical cabinet (receiver) and the other inside the handheld (transmitter).
The receiver receives commands by radio; it is able to handle a maximum of 6 systems independently from each other. It has the card with a microchip that controls the ascent and descent of the underground system. It is inside the electrical panel. The equipment can be supplied with different voltages:24 Vac – 230 Vac.
The transmitter is the handheld device that can be connected to the dashboards of the truck to be used for the emptying of the underground system. On the panel of the transmitter, there are 6 pairs of keys and an emergency button. The buttons allow the operator to open or close up to 6 underground systems: the opening of one, for safety reasons, inhibits the opening of all the remaining ones, which remain locked until the complee closure. The button of emergency permits in case of danger the interruption of the transmission of any data to the receiver that will block immediately the maneuvres, ensuring safety for the operators or any persons who are in the nearby during the normal emptying maneuvres.
The transmitter can be powered using the cigarette lighter socket on the truck using the supplied cable, or by using rechargeable batteries placed inside of it The frequency is 315 MHz.
VIA CABLE CONTROL The control of the underground system can be done, as a back up, also via cable connecting the transmitter to the photovoltaic pole. The operator can give command to the unit through the touch screen of the transmitter.
