Correct management of the garbage collection, obtained exploting highly-performing systems and computerized technologies to know in real-time information about fill level of containers, makes possible the reduction of some sources of pollution. The reduction of the vehicles trips frequency to provide its service, allows to decrease the production of PM, PM10, CO and CO2. In addition, is reduced the exposure to irritating noise during night time improving the life quality.
